Amanda: You know.... when we were training...... my dad.... he used to spend hours teaching us about psychology..... and mental discipline and all that...... he used to say that who we are as a person is defined entirely by what we think....... our brain works for us...... so if we tell it that we're self destructive..... it'll make us do self destructive things to prove us right.....
