Amanda: This one's pretty identical to the one your mum runs in Tampa.... wanna check it out?

Alex and Ashley have a normal uneventful lunch. Ashley picks up the tab.

Alex: Thanks for lunch.

Alex stops by the kitchen where one of the chefs hand him a very large bucket of rib tips. Alex slips the chef a 20 and he returns to Ashley.

so.... that's my other half's appetite taken care of..... let's go pick up something for Naomi.

Alex ponders for a moment.

Alex: The arts? Can't say that I have..... why do you ask?

Colin steps inside and laughs to himself as he looks around
Colin:"It's funny..."

Ashley:"Every man needs some form o'outlet to express 'imself. I realize that it isn't as...well, as physical an outlet as yer forefathers. But I get the feeling you do 'ave some creative juices in you. I'm also quite sure you are surrounded with enough inspirations to convey pretty much any emotion you 'ave...There is one more thing that comes to me mind but...It might be a bit touchy so maybe I'll just leave it at that..."

he says no other word as he walks to the door

Colin:"All the chances to train with...well, family and all that...Instead I was so determined to forge my own path. I dont know, its just..kinda stupid when I think about it..."

Ashley:"Uh well...I realize that something like the arts aren't exactly wot yer family 'as in mind as far as a legacy is concerned but...Who knows, something like that could be even longer lasting; and speak to a wider range o'people."

Colin:"For Micah...well, Stu was his father. I think part of it was that he wanted Stu to accept him. As for me well...at first I did it to spite my father. After a while I think part of it was more about not abandoning a brother; no matter how damned hard that was to not slip away in the night and never return...Maybe thats part of the reason why I disappeared right after we were out..."
