Frank:"Folks both past away. I have a younger sister who I talk to once in a blue moon. There is a lot of people on my first wifes side of the family who still consider me family too also."

The waiter returns with four beautiful plates. The first being ceviche de la casa...Shrimp, Scallops and Fish Marinated in Lemon and Lime Juice; Tossed with Fresh Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Shallots, Sweet Onions, Serrano Chiles and Seasoned with Cilantro. The second plate is tabla mixta which is a a mixture of shrimp, beef and chicken in the house blend of spices served with potato and tomato and crab salad. The third plate is filetito which smells great. It's marinated pork in a sweet chili sauce cut just enough by lime and soy sauce. Finally, there is ensalada de pato. A salad of duck breast and endive with garlic and olive oil. The waiter sets them down and also sits down smaller plates in front of Frank and Cynthia...

Waiter: Los Tapas des quatro. Enjoy.
