he gives Moira a hug

Frank:"Hows everything?"

Moira: Oh... sorry... forgot to tone it down.

She gestures inside.

Moira: Most of those bloody bastards in there think it's real.

She returns Frank's hug.

Moira: Everythin's goin' fine, startin' to settle down a bit.

The two women hug, but there is a certain awkwardness there.

Cynthia: I suppose she could always take me off to powder my nose.

Moira: I never got that... when Quelly did that it wasn't a good thing....

Cynthia tries very hard not to facepalm.

Cynthia: Old fashioned term, I don't think it was the same thing....

Frank:"I'm sure Quelly knows where some of that could be scored around Tampa here...might make some of these rich bastards loosen their sphincters a bit, get those sticks out of them so they can be more interesting..."
