Amber: Well...I was actually supposed to go to Yale for college...but the summer before I went on a backpacking trip with some friends through Canada. When we got to Vancouver, there was this...well...fetish convention that my friend really wanted to go to. I met Raquel there. She was...I'll never forget this. She was sitting at a table enjoying a Captain and Cola...and staring at a picture of some really cute guy...

...I found out later that it was a picture of Shawn.

Amber: Well...we got to talking about her line of work. I asked her....like a million questions. She told me that...the only way to truly answer those questions...was to give it a try. So...that night...I did...and my eyes were opened. I...liked being in control. I was young and impulsive...and I made 600 dollars for like...an hour and a half of work. The guy apparently was a former senator and one of Raquel's regulars. He liked me...a lot. She offered me a job right then and there. I jumped at it.

Amber: At first....yeah. I moved to Vancouver....learned the craft...it was...kind of a human experiment to me. Why do people react like that to me...am I this...good at this? I just...had to know more about me...

Colin:"Well I mean...things in my dads eyes didn't go so well in his wrestling career. I'm sure part of it was him not wanting the same things to happen to me but...I guess I wanted a chance to do it for myself. And if it was a mistake, at least I would be making my own mistake. You know?"

A week has past since Colin's blowout and he's left with the feelings and realization of the possible consequences for his actions. He hasn't spoken to anybody about it since returning, not even fully telling Amber what had happened.
Amber is out getting groceries and once again for the fourth time this week Colin sits on the edge of the deck, phone in hand, trying to get the courage to call and...well he doesn't even know what.
He starts to dial "B-e-n...."
backspace backspace backspace...
"M-o-i....backspace backspace backspace...
M-i...backspace backspace...
He, once again cancels the function and puts the phone down on the deck beside him
