Alexis glances one more time at the answering machine and sighs.

I'll spare you having to see us until the next show.

She walks back into her room to change.

Alex finishes the clear up, and sits on the couch, head in his hands.

Alexis comes out of her room in clean clothes, using a wet wipe on her arms.

Alexis: I'm going to have to take a shower....

She trails off noticing Alex and sits next to him on the couch.

Alexis: What's wrong?

Alex smiles. Brushing a strand of hair out of Alexis' face.

"Nothing. Nothing at all. You go ahead. I'll be right here when you're done."

Alexis frowns at Alex unconvinced, but stands.

Alexis: If you're sure....

She walks to the bathroom and shuts the door. Soon there is the sound of the shower.

Alex gets changed into a pair of sweats and attempts to relax to take his mind off the evening's drama.... and the more pressing concern of Alexis being very very naked in the next room.

After a little while Alexis comes out of the shower, wrapped in a towel.

Alexis: Oh, that feels better.

He smiles at her, trying not to stare.

"I'm glad..... wouldn't want you be all sticky..... uh...."

Alexis: I'm... I'm gonna go change... again.

She turns and starts to walk back, suddenly getting a chill that makes her shiver.

Alex notices this and goes over to her.

"You alright? What is it? Are you cold?"

Alex starts rubbing Alexis' bare arms and shoulders to bring some warmth back.

Alexis: I'm fine, it's alright. Just one of those, have you ever had a chill for no reason? I'm not cold....

Alexis: I'm sure.

Alex turns his head slightly to kiss Alexis' wrist.

"Well, then don't let me hold you up any longer..... although I hope you realise that you don't need to get changed for my benefit."

She chuckles as she grabs her clothes from the bathroom and heads to her room.

Alex smiles and grabs two glass bottles of Vanilla Coke out of the fridge and awaits Alexis' return.

Alexis emerges from her room fully dressed. Her eyes light up at the sight of Alex with the bottles.

Alexis: I can't believe you remembered that!

A slight smirk through a chuckle.

Alexis: Did Colin help pay for those?

Alex laughs at the idea of Colin paying for anything.

"Yeah right. If your brother helped pay for them you'd have never got the chance to drink them"

Alexis laughs.

Alexis: You're right about that.

She reaches for one of the bottles, but catches sight of her phone next to it. The screensaver is revolving photos, and the current one is of her and Micah. She picks up the phone, causing the picture to disappear.

Alexis: I need to take care of something....

She walks away a little bit, calling a number that is ironically still on speed dial.

Alexis: Micah? I dunno if you really want to talk to me now, but you said you had something you wanted to talk about?

Micah: Hello Alexis. Listen...I've talked to Alex...and I told him I'd talk to you. About those 'gifts'...I want to apologize. I was angry...and I'm not going to say this is going to be easy...but...I was in a very bad place. I mean...you did hurt me, but I shouldn't have gone to that extreme. I'm sorry, Lexi.
