Jessica: I don't know that I'll be able to eat all of that to begin with.

Alex and Lexi have quite easily demolished their meals in a matter of minutes and are now casually sipping vanilla cokes.

Alex: You can do it Jess... you're nearly done....

Alexis: Most of this is going to milk... and these are hungry babies.

Jessica: I see.

She looks down at her meal, which she clearly no longer finds appetizing... but forces herself to finish it.
