He returns his focus to Alexis.

Alex: He seems..... great actually..... I mean.... he's still a little depressed about the mess he's made over the years.... but that isn't going to go away overnight. But he seems in good health.... all things considered, even putting a positive spin on the heart attack.... seems clear headed..... might even be a little budding romance in the works with his nurse.

He looks at Lexi

Alex: Yeah..... He thanked me for saving his life.... I apologised for losing my temper.... he apologised for being too aggressive..... I think I may have even kinda almost got his blessing to marry you. He even asked about my father.
