It's been six weeks since Micah dissapeared into the clutches of the Age of the Fallen. Things have started to settle down a bit. Alex, Alexis, Moira and Ben all enjoyed a wonderful ten days down in Miami for the South Beach Food and Wine festival. Jillian, Ewan and Amanda have decided to stay in the U.S. for an extended vacation. Shawn and Ashley finally sat down with Frank and hammered things out. Carmella returned home and has been with Jenny and Gabrielle ever since...

...God knows where Jimi is...

Alex and Alexis have just returned from the airport in Ben's Rolls Royce. Ben shakes both of thier hands and says to Alex...

Ben: You know, you and I will have to play another nine holes sometime. That was a hell of a good time.

Alexis shudders, then looks at Alex.

Alexis: Don't ask... please, just don't ask.

Alex looks at Lexi

Alex: Your great-grandmother is still alive? That's incredible. I must meet her at some point.

Ben: Remember our talk, Alex. If you want, I'd be more than happy to talk to some people in my company. You showed a suprising palate for food and wine...and we are always looking for young talent. Now, you two have a good rest of the night.

Ben and Alex exchange the 'guy look'. The one that need not be explained...but is understood by every guy everywhere...

Alex looks Ben in the eyes and then quickly darts them towards Moira, then back to Ben.

Alex: You too.....

.... and thank you. I'll definitely be considering your offer.

He hugs Moira.

Alex: It was nice to have a chance to get to know you under pleasant circumstances for a change.

She grins at Alex.

Alexis: Let's go inside.

Alex grins widely, picks up both of their bags in one hand, and Alexis in the other and carries them all inside the apartment.

He kisss her deeply.
