She puts the phone down on the counter and looks playfully at Alex.

Man: Brothers and sisters of the True Age of the Fallen....I call this meeting to order. Now...the first and major order of business...is the corruption and conversion of the Snake's Begotten Son of the Goddess, Micah. According to all reports...he has surrounded himself with...pillars of mental stability. These must not stand...however...we are fairly sure that two of them have betrayed his trust...and as such, he is doubting himself.

Female: What can we do to facilitate this?

Man: First we must free Milkens. Then...we will show Micah that his so called 'family' is nothing compaired to us. He will lead us as we fall to corruption and decadance....Just as his father promised us.

Second Female: How do we start...

Man: With the one that broke his heart of course...Her name is Alexis O'Ryan...

Meanwhile...on the streets between Alex and Alexis' apartment and a hidden undescript hidden location...
Colin, in a green 1968 Ford Mustang GT 390 goes down the road going well over the speed limit.
Against Me's "I was a teenage anarchist" blares through the sound system.
He takes a moment to flick the ash off his smoke, taking his eyes off the wheel for a brief moment.
This moment enough for him to not notice the taxi cab making an illegal left turn.
He turns the wheel hard barely swerving out of the way before slamming on the breaks.
His heart pounding through his chest as he starts to laugh.

"...you wanted to set the world on fire..."

Colin puts the car back in gear and floors it, speeding off even faster
