Alex: You wil hear a series of bleeps..... you must run from this line here, to that line over there in time with the bleeps..... every 62 seconds the "level" will increase and the space between the beeps will reduce.... forcing you to run faster.... there are 21 levels.... military personnel are only required to reach level 5..... only the most elite athletes have ever completed it..... you will not complete it..... you will however run until you vomit.....

He places a bucket near the course.

Jessica looks less than thrilled with the need for the bucket, but nods. The first round is fairly easy for her, and she manages to keep pace with the second. By midway through the third she is gasping, and she lasts through the fourth just long enough to rather embarrassedly run to the bucket.

Alex: OK.... 4.3..... not bad for a warm up.... when you're done spewing.... meet me by the weight rack.

[Pockets]

Jessica manages a dirty look as she is still retching into the bucket. She manages to collect herself within a couple of minutes and after wiping her mouth with a helpfully nearby towel, joins Alex.

Alex: OK..... go grab a set of dumbells you feel comfortable lifting.

[Pockets]

After a few tries, Jessica settles on the 20lb. dumbbells.

Alex grabs a set of 250lb dumbells and demonstrates the proper form for five different lifts.

Alex: OK.... you got all those? Remember form is everything.... you give me sloppy a rep I'll make you repeat it.

OK you're going to give me one hundred reps of each exercise..... that's five hundred reps.

[Pockets]

It's not long before Jessica's arms feel like they are going to fall off.

Jessica: One... hundred... one... two....

Alex: Come on Jessica..... get lower on those squats..... you'll give me all of these reps if it takes you all day.....

[Pockets]

Jessica groans, but manages to drop the position.

[Cruel Britannia]

As promised Jessica gives Alex all of his reps.... it takes just under an hour.

Alex: OK, Rest.

[Pockets]

She nearly drops the dumbbells while putting them back on the rack, and stretches her arms.

Jessica: I know I will feel this later.

[Cruel Britannia]

Alex smiles.

Alex: Only for a little while.

He hands her a large bottle.

drink up.... protein shake, home-made and all natural.

[Pockets]

Jessica smirks.

Jessica: I will trust all natural does not mean Alexis' breast milk.

Alex laughs.

Alex: You think if I had any access to my wife's breast milk that I'd share it?

[Pockets]

Jessica: Touche.

She drinks.

Jessica: This is pretty good.

Alex: Thanks.... Jay always liked that particular one too.... come on back to work.... step into the ring.

[Pockets]

Jessica: Oh boy... here we go....

She steps into the ring.

Alex: Attack me.

[Pockets]

Jessica stares at Alex, startled.

Jessica: How?

[Cruel Britannia]

Alex: You're a smart girl..... I'm sure you'll come up with something.

[Pockets]

After a few moments of deliberation, Jessica runs at Alex, flailing. She overbalances and almost falls into him.

[Cruel Britannia]

Alex: I see....... You've clearly never hit someone before..... have you ever been hit before?

[Pockets]

Jessica shakes her head

Jessica: If people bother me, I ignore them and they leave me alone.

Alex: I'm afraid that will not work in your initiation...... your body must become conditioned to punishment......you need to know what it's like to take a hit..... I'm going to have to hit you now.....
