Frank:"Look. I can manage dealing with "I needed to fireproof the place." I can just barely deal with the fact that Duffy's burnt down. What I can not deal with is the fact that my family's legacy was burnt to the ground because of the actions of somebody I trusted. Somebody who didn't say dick-all word one to me about it after. Like some how it was okay, I just moved on and forgot about it, right? Bullshit...You know why I went on to work with Shawn? Because I couldn't stand to risk building and losing Duffy's again.
