Nicholas pouts and turns away. Alexis walks over and takes Connor from Alex.

Alexis: It's only one more week.

She turns to face her unrepentant son.

Alexis: If you don't apologize to Connor... then Aunt Nikki won't play with you any more.

Nicholas turns around, horrified, and reaches plaintively to his brother.

Nikki: Way to get a genuine apology from your kid.

Alexis: Oh, be quiet. I can't wait to see how you handle being a mother.

Nikki: Learning already, I see. One day you'll look at a certain boy and realize that one isn't so stupid... most of the time....

She smirks playfully at Gabe.

Alexis: And that is the day that boy will die. Your father will make sure of it.

The boys look at each other, and in a rare moment of brotherly camaraderie, almost seem to shrug.

Alexis: When you two get to the age where girls no longer have cooties, I will be right there making sure you both have only the best.

The boys start laughing.

Nikki: Please tell me I won't be this bad... guys, come on, they're only two months old!

He hangs up the phone...

Gabe: Mom and Cameron just landed. They are on their way here.
