Jayden: Uncle...I'm not a warrior. I'm a brain...and I've notice that, though the family is happy for my accomplishments...it's...different. The family was there when Alex won his his wrestling tournaments, when Amanda won her No Gi tournaments, tonight with Gabriel...and back when he won his national championships. But...my science awards, debates, acacademic decathalons? It...was never the same. I have to sit and watch them....reap glory...and...I just wonder what it's all for. I ...I can't be that. I am what I am...and it feels like...

You think I do not value my wife being one of the most highly respected Doctor's in her field.... You think I do not value my own degree from Oxford? We can't be there to cheer you on at most of your events because.... well..... that sort of behaviour is frowned upon in the circles in which you run...... and I have no way of helping you.... at all.... you are significantly smarter than I am. Jayden: I do, Uncle. I know she tried, and God love her for it, but...mom would always be prouder of Gabe and his belt tests then me and my straight 'A's'. I knew it. Gabe and Alex are best friends because they are so much alike. Gabe would get some many people, not just girls, talking to him because of his Judo or his other martial arts. Or Alex would because of his sports and his wrestling. I would...be...ignored it seemed. The family has chosen to honor warriors...and I just feel...inferior...to Alex and Gabe.
