Cynthia: A contract that I, an adult woman, never signed. It is null and void by that alone.

Voice: You'd hope....but it's not. It's legal and binding. Signed by a Supreme Court Judge, babe.

[Pockets]

Cynthia: Then I'll simply have to take it to another one. Slavery has been illegal for over a century.

[Cryonix]

Voice: But goods and services has not be. You are mine under a service contract....and you haven't provided your....service yet.

[Pockets]

Cynthia: You were too busy not being faithful for me to have any chance at pregnancy.

Frank quietly opens the door, peeking down the hallway

Frank:"Damn van better be close..."

[Cryonix]

Voice: Again...not my problem. You are under contract...and if you flee the country...because of said contract...you will deported...right back to me.

Moments later Frank returns, grabbing Cynthias mom and wheeling her out. He returns and wheels her father out. He comes back, teeth clenched as he goes up to Cynthia

Frank:"Times up, lets go."

[Pockets]

Cynthia: Even you can't force extradition. People have to have committed a serious crime... and I have done no such thing.

She nods at Frank.

Cynthia: Excuse me, I must be going.

[Jabberwocky]

Frank grabs Cynthia, all but pulling her out of the room to the waiting van

Frank:"He sounds like a charmer.."

[Pockets]

Cynthia: I'm honestly afraid of what he could possibly do. He already knows we're leaving the country.

[Cryonix]

Voice: Just remember, Cynthia. There is nowhere you can run...where I can't find you. Think about it.

[Jabberwocky]

Frank:"Of course he does. I would guess the same. Any idiot would"

he helps her into the van

[Pockets]

Cynthia takes a long breath.

Cynthia: I suppose you're right. Let's go... and I hope you have some knowledge of evasive maneuvers. Just in case.

[Cryonix]

As they leave...Sexton walks over to Dr. Wesley....

Sexton: Now......as for you...DOCTOR....

[Jabberwocky]

Frank:"Well, my original plan was walking out there and beating Sexton with a metal tray but...my driving is alright....I...Crap. Stay here, I need to get the keys. Stay here!"

Frank runs back inside.

Meanwhile the doctor is busy tending to Franco as he looks up at Sexton

Dr.Wesley:"This man needs help. Please, let me do my job. You don't want this mess in a hospital."

[Pockets]

Cynthia watches worriedly from the car.

Cynthia: If you're not back in five minutes, I am coming in there. Quite possibly with father's gun.

[Cryonix]

Sexton: You think I care about this peasant?

[Jabberwocky]

Franco groans
Franco:"I was one of you you arrogant puta. I did your dirty work..."

Dr.Wilson:"It's my job to care. You don't have to all I ask is you let me do my job."

Frank walks up to the door and stops short, he glances in seeing the doctor bent over Franco, but doesn't notice Sexton. He looks further inside

[Cryonix]

Sexton: Yes...you did do all I asked....you even reported to me that my Cynthia was here....I suppose you still have some worth.

[Jabberwocky]

The doctor looks at Franco

Dr.Wilson:"But you..."

Franco:"Had no choice.."

Frank steps out

Frank:"There is always a choice."

[Cryonix]

Sexton: He had no choice. See....he honors his contract...especially when his family is collateral.

[Jabberwocky]

Franco:"I...I'm sorry..."

Frank:"You did what you felt was best. As much as I dislike you right now, you are a better man then some."

he stares at Sexton

[Cryonix]

Sexton: Ah....you must be Frank. I was hoping to talk to you. I was thinking we could work out a plan...sort of like a timeshare...
