Gabe pulls in the final suitcase and box from his car, closing the door behind him....

Gabe: Well I'll be damned....I'm a homeowner!

Nikki's voice can be heard.

Nikki: Woah, did you see these pools?

Gabe drops his suitcase and box he's holding, shaking his head. He yells back to Nikki....

Gabe: Um....aren't we supposed to have some profound 'homeowner' moment right now?

[Pockets]

Nikki: Hold on! I need to find my way back! Or should I just go out and around? I can see the ocean from here!

[Cryonix]

Gabe: Um.....hence why it said on the real estate listing....'ocean front property'.

[Pockets]

Nikki: Fuck you!

[Cryonix]

Gabe laughs...

Gabe: Maybe after lunch sweetheart. I don't want to overwhelm you too much in one day.

Nikki: You have to find me first. I think I went the wrong way... this place needs a bloody map!

[Cryonix]

Gabe: It's not that hard to figure out. Try coming back INSIDE and walking back through the kitchen. The living room is right there...

...you know the place with the big friggin' television in it? Wait...the kitchen has a big T.V in it too....

[Pockets]

Nikki: I'm assuming the kitchen had the funny looking tables... but I think I found the bedroom....

[Cruel Britannia]

Ewan emerges from the walk in closet in the bedroom.

Ewan: You sure did......

[Cryonix]

Gabe: I'm on...THE way...

Gabe finds Nikki here...in the master bedroom....



Gabe: Damn...this place looks so cool. Hey Unc...thanks for the help with the move. Looks like I did alright, huh?

[Cruel Britannia]

Ewan: No Gabe..... it doesn't look like you did well..... you have done well.....

[Cryonix]

Gabe: Yeah, well....I'm no Alex...but hey...the Cortez kids have done alright. I can't believe I own my own house...

[Cruel Britannia]

Ewan: Hell of a house too..... not my taste but certainly impressive..... not to mention the lovely young lady you've convinced to live with you.

[Cryonix]

Gabe: Meh, she came with the house....

Listen Unc....speaking of 'not your taste'....are you really okay with Mandy seeing this Micah kid? He doesn't seem like....i don't know...one of us.

[Cruel Britannia]

Ewan: There are those who would say the same about you Gabriel...... But that is not for me to decide..... He is Amanda's mate..... it is for the initiation to decide. What is your concern about him? And please don't attempt to lie to me.

[Cryonix]

Gabe: Why would I lie? I just don't like the kid...and the fact that Mandy is just so....smitten with him...when she NEVER took interest in like...any other guy....It bothers me. It's not like her.

Ewan: Gabriel..... I know you liked to..... maintain an image before you met Nikki...... but did you honestly have any feelings for any other girl before her?

[Cryonix]

Gabe: A reputation......MOI? .....heh....no, I really didn't.

Ewan: Neither did Alex before Alexis..... or Jayden before Jessica.... or me before your Aunt..... or your mother before your father. You're not alone Gabriel.... it's the same for us all.

[Pockets]

After almost accidentally punching Ewan when he pops out of the closet, Nikki disappears to keep on exploring the house.

Gabe: So...listen, Unc...I kind want to...you know...christen the house...if you get my meaning...

Ewan: Straighten her out son....

[Cryonix]

Gabe: Um....that's really weird coming from you, Unc....but...don't worry...I got this.

Gabe sneaks up on Nikki as she's looking in the deep end of the pool. He grabs her from behind and jumps in...

Gabe: ....Heh...hi.
