Meanwhile the bailiff tells Kat that court is in recess, but that he saw the judge go out into the lobby, so Kat walks back out... noticing the judge talking to her father-in-law and eyes the scene oddly before glancing over at Ewan.

Judge: I don't think that is protocol I would be comfortable with, Mr. Cortez.

Judge: ...that's enough.
