Colin:"That little extra something Jenny threw in...when I give the signal, whatever it is...make it happen."

Colin slowly stands up

Colin:"PEOPLE! Hear me! What has this man truly done for you?"

he points to a random woman in the crowd

Colin:"What did you have to give to the light to be here?"

he points to somebody with their hand still up

Colin:"And what is it that Nuala provided for you?"

Nuala: Enough of this 'twenty questions' bullshit! No...I will consoldate my power....right. now. Colin....I'm going to shoot you, Lauren and Micah...and I then will be unchallenged.

He levels the gun at Colin, aims...and...

*BANG!*

There is silence....dead silence. Colin is...unharmed....because Caley has taken the shot in her back...

Colin stands in shock, thinking he's been shot.
But...there is no pain. He feels his chest, expecting to feel the warmth of blood seeping through the robe. His hands are dry though.
He looks down and sees Caley slumped to the floor. He immediately drops down, grabbing her and pulling her behind the alter with Micah and Amber.
He looks at her, still holding her, his robe soaked in her blood. He speaks, trying to sound reassuring, and he is actually genuine

Colin:"You're going to be alright, you're going to be alright"

theres something deep down that makes him care about this woman, despite everything, and in a sudden jolt that has shot out of the depth hitting him hard

Colin:"You're going to be fine."

With that Caley closes her eyes and stops breathing...

he shakes her

Colin:"Please, no mom. Please come back"

he looks at Micah, desperation and sadness in his eyes pleading to them

Colin:"Please...please help her please...please..."

he looks back at her, holding her close against her

Colin:"I love you mom. I love you."

Lauren makes a call and in the next moment, FBI agents and M.I.6 agents are swarming the place. They take Nuala into custody...

About forty minutes, after questioning,
Colin sits alone on the cathedral steps, wrapped in a blanket, a deep sadness in his eyes as he looks just past the dirt under his feet in silence. His face soaked in tears

Lauren approaches him and hands him a cup of coffee...

Lauren: Well, Nuala is going to be charged with a myrriad of things...including first degree murder. It seems that all of this is finally over.

She sits next to him...

Lauren: Micah is still being questioned. Need a sounding board for right now?

Colin:"I....could have saved her. I know it...I could have gotten her the help she needed....All the professional help that she required....She....why did she have to die?"
